The room was big and functional with a very comfy bed and a shower cap, towels, and slippers in the bathroom. The location was excellent for me. Changning district was worth visiting.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who are arriving by train or plane, as Hongqiao Railway Station and airport are very close. It's also convenient to reach other parts of the city, as there is a subway station nearby. there is a 24-hour supermarket located next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and brightly lit with modern furnishings.

The hotel's service could have been better, as some staff members seemed uninterested in customers' needs and did not provide the required information in a friendly manner.

The Christmas decorations were amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly, offering us complementary hot chocolate and cookies. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and shopping areas. Plus, the beds were very comfortable.

My debit card got blocked twice due to phishing history at the hotel's card terminals. This was a huge inconvenience, especially during the holiday season.

Superb Location: The hotel is strategically located very near to the bustling, main transportation hubs which make exploring the city so convenient. The train station and airport are a very short taxi ride away. Plus, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the metro station which goes straight to the city centre.

Limited Amenities: The gym only had a few exercise equipment, and the TV had limited channels that catered only to the local guests. the restaurant had a limited menu selection.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is incredibly clean and contains best hotel facilities like spacious rooms, perfect air conditioning, and a gym with excellent equipment. The location is convenient to go to the airport and is very near to the green metro line 2, making it easy to get around this city. Additionally, the hotel is situated close to the Exhibition center, and there is parking available. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly helpful, even directing us to a nearby 24-hour supermarket.

The beds at Mercure were amazing, providing the perfect combination of comfort and support for a good night's sleep. I appreciated that the pillows were not too high, ensuring a restful rest. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to the Hongqiao railway station and airport. I would highly recommend staying at Mercure for a comfortable and convenient experience.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with the Exhibition Center just a stone's throw away. The staff here are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
